120 people attend Europe’s largest CX Day event
Customer Experience Day 2017 brought together a diverse group of CX professionals from across Europe to hear inspiring stories, learn about the latest technology and celebrate the year’s success stories. The keynote for the day was the well-renowned CEO of HomeServe Membership, Greg Reed, who spoke about the importance of bringing customer experience and employee engagement closer together.
The event was attended by Directors from some of the UK’s biggest brands, including; Virgin Media, Direct Line Group, Barclays, KPMG, Legal & General and Holland & Barrat. Yiannis Maos, CMO of Hyve opened up the event with his summary of the future of customer engagement.
