A Customer Experience Celebration
The home of football became the home of CX for a day as over 500 people gathered at Wembley Stadium to celebrate the year’s best Customer Experience achievements. Our very own, Yiannis Maos, was in attendance as Head Judge of the best International Business category. He also had the privilege of presenting the top award to the CX professional of the year.
The event, now in its 9th year, has become the biggest CX celebration in the world! The awards celebrate organisations and people who go above and beyond to ensure customers get the best possible experience.
